**Terms and Conditions**
**1. Information Collection**
All clients are kindly requested to provide contact details, including email address, telephone number, and date of birth (Gene Keys and Human Design Charts), to secure an appointment.
**2. Appointments**
– All appointments require a prepayment fee via Stripe (through our calendar system) to secure a confirmed appointment with Raphaella. This payment must be made at the time of booking and is refundable only with greater than 48 hours notice.
– If less than 48 hours notice is provided, the prepayment fee is non-refundable. This payment ensures Raphaella Silva partially covers associated costs, regardless of attendance.
– While we understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, refunds for appointment prepayments within 48 hours cannot be provided. Once confirmed, clients are responsible for ensuring attendance. Failure to attend results in forfeiture of the prepayment, irrespective of the reason.
**3. Refunds for Energy Healing & Attunements**
Energy Healing removes negativity, balances the body’s energy, and supports self-healing. However, experiences may vary among recipients. Fees are for delivering the service, not for guaranteed outcomes. Hence, no refunds can be offered once Energy Healing or attunements have been provided.
**4. Energy Healing Sessions Terms & Conditions**
By registering for Energy Healing Sessions, you agree to the following:
– Energy Healing is not a substitute for professional healthcare. While it can support overall wellbeing, it does not diagnose or cure any condition.
– Recipients are responsible for their health decisions. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your decision to receive Energy Healing Sessions.
– Recipients must consult a healthcare professional for severe physical or psychological ailments.
– Each individual’s experience with Energy Healing may vary based on personal beliefs and sensitivity to energy.
**5. Limitation of Liability**
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your registration for, or inability to receive, Energy Healing Sessions. This includes any direct, indirect, or consequential damages. Recipients indemnify us against any claims arising from their registration or receipt of services.
**6. Indemnification for Loss or Damage**
Recipients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any liability or expense related to their registration for or receipt of Energy Healing Sessions. This includes legal fees and claims resulting from breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
