  • Which means you’ve been around long enough to know that the more “thoughts” without action you give to your ideas, the less of a reality it becomes.

what is surge?

Surge is a 7-week program for women with an idea who are ready to create a business, make an impact, and contribute to others through their offerings. This course is designed to teach you the seven steps that you need to get your business up and running in as little as two months. Not only will you learn the seven steps, you’ll implement them and see your business take form immediately. You will also get the inspiration, motivation, feedback, and coaching you need to get past your fears and take action.

who is surge for?

Surge is for women who are ready to see their ideas come to life and also committed to put in the work. I work with clients from every walk of life including photographers, consultants, artists, retailers, folks just starting out and more. If you have an idea, I can help you develop it. The women I serve are not just ready to contribute their expertise to the world but also ready to be their own boss, and have a say on how their future will go. They know they are capable of creating a future for themselves but haven’t not yet found a way to do it. If any of the above sounds like you, then SURGE is a great fit for you!

the seven stages you will complete in surge are:

1. discovery

You chose to start your own business either because you’re passionate about something or you want the freedom of being your boss. Whatever the reason, you need a clear idea of the result. During the discovery stage, we’ll uncover a few things: What brings me joy? What comes easily? Is my vision tangible? 

2. Building

If you’ve seen the movie Field of Dreams, you recall the famous line Kevin Costner said: “If you build it, they will come.” Well, here’s what I’d like to add: “but you have to shout!” We’ll create a plan for your business that will be your blueprint as you grow. Legally establish your business in the state you live in.

3. Branding

Branding is crucial for expressing your business’s identity, setting you apart from competitors, and communicating your values. Here, you’ll learn to establish your online presence, including website creation, social media management, and effective marketing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.

4. connecting

The connection clients have with you is what brings them back. Even if you have a fantastic product, if clients can’t relate to what or how you’re offering it, they’ll go elsewhere. Being genuine is crucial for building connections; many people buy into “you” first and then your product.

5. Prioritize

I used to always wait until the last minute. it’s crucial to stay focused when running your own business. People and situations will constantly vie for your attention, and before you know it, you’ll fall behind and see your business as just another chore. The passion will fade, and you might start thinking it’s not working out. We’ll discover tools to help prioritize, utilize automation, and consider outsourcing. Ask yourself, what can I accomplish in just 15 minutes?

6. sales

Understanding your client’s needs is vital for crafting solutions that not only improve their lives but also assist them in reaching their objectives. I view sales as an ongoing loop: whether you’re giving, persuading, trading, or sharing, you’re engaged in selling. One key aspect I stress in sales is having a genuine belief in what you offer. We’ll delve into identifying your client’s current situation, the issues it presents, its consequences, and the solutions you bring to address them.

7.growth

Dream big! Let me say it again: Dream big. Just because we’re starting out doesn’t mean you can’t start envisioning all the possibilities for your business to grow. As we move into the growth stage, we’ll cover: Creating lifelong clients, Building brand ambassadors, and eventually attracting investors.

  • Live group class every Wednesday for the next seven weeks. Classes will have a 1 1/2 hour duration.
  • Recorded Modules.
  • Workbooks, which include cheat sheets, and templates so you don’t have to start from scratch.
  • Coaching session videos to give you feedback on your work,  answer your questions, and keep you moving forward. (via Discord)
