EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE - THE SELF AWARENESS PILLAR - PART 1

Our emotions are a map designed to experience humanity and guide us back to Source. When we don’t acknowledge or avoid our emotions, it impacts not only our lives but also the lives of those around us.

It is our responsibility to find our way back. To do that, one must take accountability for their thoughts and recognize the limits they place on themselves.
It all starts by going inward. Here are a few ways:

 

Reflective Practices

 

    1. Journaling: Write regularly about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. This helps you to process your emotions and understand your reactions.
    2. Meditation: Engage in mindfulness meditation to become more aware of your thoughts and feelings in the present moment.
    3. Self-reflection: Set aside time each day or week to reflect on your actions, decisions, and experiences.

 

As always, this is not an exercise for judgment, but rather a discovery of self to bring clarity and direction for a more balanced life.
